If you are registered at FHML (through an employment contract or enrollment in a doctorate program), FHML will pay the course fee.

PLEASE NOTE: This course is free of charge, but not free of cost. In case of no-show or cancellation less than six weeks before the starting date of the course, your graduate school will be charged € 550.

Final registration for FHML PhD students will only be entered upon receipt of your course registration and valid UM registration number.

To complete your course registration, we kindly ask you to provide the necessary invoice details according to your payment method:

If your employer is covering the cost, please check with your finance department to submit the correct company name, address, relevant tax details and if applicable a reference (such as purchase order number)
If you are paying personally, kindly provide your billing address, and required details
If another entity is funding your registration, please ensure you include the necessary invoice information.

Once we receive your fully completed registration form, an invoice will be issued at short notice. Please note that registration is only finalized after both your course registration and payment (within 30 days after receipt of the invoice) has been settled.
